    Very kind of you to worry about me Les! My nephew (25) is being trained up to replace me, but I still do the more technical/risky stuff. Tbh, it’s not really a problem, the hard stuff like hedge reductions I either turn down or put a silly price on.

    Have started showing a bit of ankle to the salesman for one of these. They have only got the 57hp petrol engine on offer here in France Thats a fair bit of extra poke compared to the 45hp v1505 turbo diesel they had beforehand. Anyone here got one of these and has real life experience using it, what’s it like? As good as the diesel or not (or better) TIA, Mick

    I feel people are ignoring @Cobbs tree&estate service posts. He saw the damage being done to the tree in the house build, sees the tree regularly and has noticed the decline in leaf cover and dead wood in it.

    I’ve been to a few of these auctions over the years. Prices have usually been astonishingly high for some reason. Perhaps people think I’ve come this way, I have to buy something.

    What if he got the boot saying homosexuality is a sin or Jews control the world or the Royal family are lizards? Would that be an assault on free speech? ps. Please try not to use the word ‘woke’ in the answer, look on it as an linguistic challenge.

    Has he been prevented legally from saying it again? Is he likely to go to prison or be prosecuted for saying it? All thats happened is that his employers are fed up with him saying it and want him to stop saying it on their premises and on their dime. Seems fair enough.

    No I like Piers Morgan, and by and large agree with most of what he says. But him losing his job is not an assault on free speech.
