  1. Have you thought about a DR wheeled strimmer? Or similar 4 stroke mowers engine on them. They use the really thick line easily too. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  2. Try the local dealers you won't have to go 125 mile to find something:) Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  3. If your doing 20 hours a week with it don't you need to up the budget for a pro machine? An etesia or iseki or kubota for example. 20 hours a week is going to be hard work for a £2.5k mower. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  4. I think you would like North Korea [emoji1188] A nicely closed country where you can be sure there won't be much immigration [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  5. This answers part of why you hate everyone so much! So your take is because your family got kicked out of India everyone who isn't British should be kicked out of the uk? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

    Work

Problem round here seems to be money! They want to have less cuts but still pay the same rate per cut. I'm not doing that as it just makes a mess meaning too much time tidying up behind the mower. Plus more wear and tear on machines for no good reason Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  7. Maybe that's what you should be doing as the boss? The "easy" job and running the job too. Both together isn't the easy route. Still it's not fair. I don't sub to others but if I cocked someone else's machine up I'd be gutted and be there till the end trying to get it going/ offering to pay for bits damaged. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

Parishes seem to be struggling this year around here. I've got 3 this year, but the others just were not viable this time. This is grass cutting by the way Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  12. Another fact is china is a dirty great hole in 99% of the country. The people in general live in squalor. I know I lived there. Which make the high iq not as revealing as you think! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  13. Trump got elected because of sexual assaults in the UK Germany and Sweden? Are you sure about that? I doubt it! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  14. That is working well for leaflets. Maybe I'm just grumpy as I chuck All leaflets in the recycle bin! If you are clearing £3k a month after expenses wages etc in 2 years your doing well imo To clarify my advertising expenses or lack of them. I do grass cutting and hedge cutting. I have all the clients I need now so any new one get priced higher and I either make time or drop the cheapest client. In your business I think you need a far larger client base to keep busy. 15. Think of it another way. You can get people to pay "flatyre enterprises" instead of mr flatyre. If you see what I mean people do seem to like it as it makes you look more professional. Mine costs £7.50 a month. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  16. If those 15000 are going to the same places each month your wasting your money. People will get pissed off with seeing the same thing every month. Maybe try and cut that down and speak to google about Adwords. That can work if you get it set up properly. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  17. What will be will be! Mowers are all ready to go so just waiting on the grass doing the same! I'd like another month really because it makes an awfully long season if it starts now! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  18. There's your answer! Have you tried scaling that back to see if it actually makes any difference? My advertising spend is £25 a year web hosting. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  19. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk On this basis I think winter is done here!

  21. What kind of money is your insurance? I'm struggling to see why it's costing so much then again I've no idea how much a month a chipper costs £250? Is all your gear new on finance? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  22. Here too the last 3 years though I stopped for 5 weeks this winter Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  23. 2 weeks or more into it now. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
