Sorry but i have nothing but praise for Interlink, have never had any issues with them, just my experience.

The 3120 does not have a H screw, it has a fixed main jet, the no. will be on it, there are some bigger jets to go in it, there is a L screw and idle screw.

The fuel bulbs are purges, so they pull fuel from the carb, into the bulb and dump fuel back to the tank, assuming the bulbs check valve is ok, and the hoses are connected correctly to the appropriate connection, if the bulb does not fill, it would suggest there is a fuel blockage in either the fuel filter, fuel hose, or in the carb inner screen, or metering lever too low, or inlet needle sticking.

The caps are just limiters to stop you from richening the mixture and increase emissions, they can be pulled back, and the screws adjusted, you still did not say what oil this was.

The carb is not adjustable?? i can assure you it is, so as said you should have checked the rpm after the rebuild, dare i ask whos two stroke oil you are useing?

Husqvarna K760 with oil guard, best power cutter on the market, cant be run on crap, or no oil in the fuel, air filtration far supirior to Stihl, or Makita, actice air cleaning, X Torque cylinder, 12 or 14", easy to service, need i say more.

Stupid question, why did you not cut and join the chains youself if you have reels of chain?

There are correct straps for the type of chain being joined.

When you join a chain you have a pre set tie strap and a plain tie strap, the pre set one has the rivets already in, so you connect the two ends of the chain onto the pre set strap, then place the plain strap on top, and spin the rivets down, either with a bech spinner or with an electric spinner.

Yes a poor bit of riveting, needs punching out and re doing with a new pre set tie strap.

I am not aware of a genuine 3/8 Husqvarna sprocket to fit it, so would have to be some after market one, if you can find one,remember the back of the sprocket needs to drive the oil pump, you would also have to change the guide bar, i can see no advantage in doing this, .325 works well on this saw saw, the cost is going to out way any advantage.

You will not get a new ser no. plate, once its gone thats it.

Incorrect fitment of the induction block gaskets, covering impulse, dirt in the carb main jet? crank seals leaking? no good checking the fuel pick up filter, replace it.

Don't forget to tell them that it will make your ears bleed from the noise.

Cant believe a leaking deco valve would cause an engine to seize, looking at the pictures it has suffered a complete lubrication failure, if no obvious faults found then it looks like poor quailiy or not adiquate oil, pure and simple.

My take on this has always been, use a Husqvarna saw use Husqvarna oil, use a Stihl saw use Stihl oil, simple.

Yes, however all auto tune carbs come with no software so will have to be programed by a dealer, you cannot do it yourself.

New carb AT12 to much improve pick up.

Check replace fuel filter in the tank, Partial seizure could also be possible, remove the muffler and check the condition of the piston throught the open exhaust port, if ok then an air leak, crank seal, or cylinder base gasket.
