    560 loose screw

lenght and diameter of the screw would help ( m5/ m6 ) does the screw have a point on the end?
  5. If Teflon is non stick how do they stick it to the pan? when they send out polystyrene what do they pack it in?
  6. It did not fit into the duck bill, that fitted in first, then the plug fitted over the top, the recess in the tank should be marginly smaller than the plug to create an interference fit.
  7. there is a white breathable plug ( vion ) that was used on the early 357, it could be trimmed to fit snug in the hole. 501629801 503600401 it may even be the correct size. Not sure why the sintered plug is too small?
  8. The old 365 was 65cc the old 372xp was 70cc, both 365x torque and 372x torque are 70cc.

    Bar oils

old school, thin the oil out with diesel (back to my Danarm days ) not politically correct now days.
  16. Its always a gamble fitting two odd halfs of crankcase, what normally happens is the crankcases are put together in the factory and the cylinder base is machined.
  17. The pipe you are refering to Stuby is the bleed off from the fuel tanl breather, that Spud finds all these quirky faults.
  18. Soapy water and air dry, its not good to blast this type of filter with compressed air or it ends looking like drowned cat and loses its filtering capacity.
  19. 1993 week 45
  20. The 135 is using the Poulon clutch that does come from the 235/236 and 3/8 low profile chain rather than the .325 on the 435, the saws are almost identical other than that.
  21. There should be zero voltage fronm the wire, it mearly earths the coil out, if in any dout remove the blower housing to expose the coil, the wire will connect to a terminal on the back of the coil.
  22. What ever you do, do NOT connect the earth cut out wire from the ignition coil to a live source or you will fry the coil, i would find the wire and feed it to a seperate switch.
  23. Fair amount of carbon on the edges of the ports and the port itself looks quite black and rich.
  24. A re bore! i think that is a step to far even for Spud.
  25. You need to make sure the two mating surfaces are flat and that the muffler is not collapsing internally or you will never keep it on.
