  1. Hi Keith will keep our eyes peeled. We deal with a lot of people coming into pick up fuel and oil , so I will keep a look out for him. Jon
  2. Thing is if you had pre filled cans of DERV it would be much more expensive. By the time you have factored in the price of the can and the cost of man hours to fill them. Pre filled containers will always be expensive.
  3. You would be surprised. We used to supply Speedy Hire with gas oil in 20 litre containers. They used to get through about 10 - 15 pallets a week. 40 x 20 litre cans to a pallet. Shame we lost the contract to EMO oils.
  4. Hi jon, yes it has I am afraid. It was about 6 - 7p a litre cheaper in august.
  5. We are at 47 to 50 ppl inc vat at the moment depending on the volume.
  6. We recommend Hyd 22. But to be honest if you have 32 lying around that would do as well. 10w is a bit of a funny one because the classification is from the top end of an ISO 22 to the bottom end of an ISO 32. Hope this makes sense. Thanks Jon

  8. I must admit I have seen a huge amount of crews in Sussex both East and West. Not sure if its because of the nature of my business I take more notice of trucks pulling chippers, or whether there has been a big increase in new firms setting up. I am all for competition but I think I might get the hump if loads of oil companies suddenly started popping up near me. Jon
  9. Hey jon took the family down your neck of the woods last week. We stayed with friends just outside cheddar. Lovely bit of the country. Next time I am your way I'll buy you a pint.
  10. Always makes good viewing. Froome looking super strong. They won't catch him unless he crashes.
  11. Hopefully Operation Stack gone now. Lets hope it stays away for the rest of the week. Jon
  12. We use the palletways network.Seem very good, had no issues and prices are good.
  13. I know that's one bit I am not looking forward to. Send in the tanks I say.
  14. We are here again, same stall as last year. Come say hello. It's always a good show and plenty to see and do. Welcome to the War and Peace Revival - The War and Peace Revival ? The Greatest Gathering of Military Vehicles on the Planet
  15. Give Southern counties tractor spares a call they have all sorts of spares for old fergies.
  16. Any decent UTTO should do the job.
  17. Oops, and I presume that wasn't Bio hydraulic oil. Not having too much luck with equipment eh Bob? Jon
  18. From a suppliers point of view. Very busy start to the year, and spring was busier than normal. Tailing of a bit through June, so we have had a quiet end of the month.
  19. Near bodiam mark, he tried to get it round the corner but it rolled. It was only just down the road from a primary school at kicking out time, so could have been much worse.
  20. Nope full up with kerosene. But luckily hardly any spilt, could have been even more of a nightmare nightmare.
  21. Brake failure, the house was at the bottom of a hill. Air line was rubbing on the brake line but wast picked up on any of its 6 week inspections.
  22. Carrying on the theme this is what happened to our baby tanker in April. Thankfully driver was fine, just a bit bruised.
  23. Trust me as someone who also sells Aspen, Barry won't be retiring to the Bahamas on the profits just yet. He is passionate about providing the best for his customers and Aspen fits the bill. There is only one way the ethanol content is going and that is up. So expect more problems round the corner.
  24. Great climbing but I think the parents should wait until he is at least 3 before buying his first chainsaw.
