  1. I have stopped selling as all my logs are soaked after the sheds I keep them in blew away in the high winds! I have bought in Kiln Dried logs to offer people and they are doing well as I have sold 12 bulk bags of those since Christmas. Lucky my customers have got stocked up.
  2. Wazzing it down AGAIN! But hey that's why it's called the Lake District:)
  3. You said a tenner mate;)
  4. They are a cracking grinder, I love mine:)
  5. I thought the same till I checked his postcode mate;)
  6. Give Trust a call, 01604 492644 speak to Cameron. They are very good.
  7. Can't you get any logs round here? The haulage from Wales would be loads mate.
  8. True. I have done hundreds of fences and each one is different. Soil soft or rocky, up hill or down, fence panels to long or short. You just make it work. I prefer concrete posts as it makes for a solid job, a good deep hole if poss and plenty of mix in with a few big rocks in the bottom to hold the post solid. If to long then chop off with disc cutter if u can't dig deeper. Everbody has there own way of doing them you are best finding a way you like and trying that.
  9. Especially as its on tv now. In some way mad respect to him but on the other hand he is tapped!
  10. Just a bit;-)
  11. What a nutter/knob/idiot
  12. I've had 2 TW 150 and I love em, easy to look. Mine has only blocked once. I have never tried a greenmech so can't comment. I love my TW.
  13. No, I don't climb and wear it all the time and its tough as hell.
  14. I don't let the customer dictate what supply them. I tell them what I have. And how much it is, take it or leave it. If they don't buy someone else will. I have bent over backwards in the past for people and they don't appreciate it. I now look after me.
  15. For stuff my local dealers sell I buy off them but for stuff they don't I buy on line. My local dealer does a good price and while they can't match on price they do look after me. I can take it back if I have any problems. I do think people have a cheek to buy off the net and then take to local dealer when there are problems and expect the dealer to drop everything to sort it.
  16. Oh and same as Huck I got a letter off the tax boys saying I'm exempt.
  17. I Have had this in the past, spoke to my accountant who said I am exempt from CIS as not doing construction work even if on a site. I have not been asked again. If I put my bill in and they want 20% of bill which I have paid subbys or employees out of the I would of been screwed. Luckily I got it sorted.
  18. I have a tuned 576xp and it is a ripper mate, lots of power and sound like a moto x bike!! Awesome.
  19. No the tooth fairy is real, as is Father Christmas. Isn't he?
  20. No it isn't mate, its 2 houses made into one. The lady's Evoque is parked outside. It's my mates godmothers house.
  21. The doorway is not used, the one you can see on the left is used.
  22. Ha,Ha, I know it well but am not the seller. I pass it everyday and it always makes me chuckle.
  23. If you want economy then don't buy a landy, however if you want a vehicle that will do loads, carry loads and go most places then they are great, they don't come near a mog or tractor off road in muddy situations but as long as you remember that then they are spot on.
