  1. Was thinking larch would be ok would need to be seasoned or ok green?
  2. What wood is/was used for the wooden decking planks. Some smallholder I work for sometimes for has ans old approx 22" by 8" that he uses ocassionally with his fordson on that needs a new deck as planks rotted ans missing etc Suppose planks aren't used theese days as ply or metal is alot cheaper?
  3. To get a a meadow to be really sucessefully I reckon you need go through the steps below & have the equipment to do a proper job otherwise will just be still grass dominant..... Alot of goverment funding invovled in this project....

  14. Pine martens supposedly help alot controlling grey numbers dunno why they don't breed them and realease all over? Probably annoy game keepers....   15. Hope the soil ain't a heavy clay. 😬 Very hard work to make a go of market gardening and labour intensive for little return as food is so cheap. Only places i know who do it manage to get by by running courses and free labour from woofers etc.
