Seen a 30 inch diameter beech felled (Stump was left) that was less than 1.5m from a probably 200yrs plus old farmhouse. Wondering if heave was even thought of. -

Managed it after compressing the washer and removiing an additional internal clip from top that was under the top circlip. Put a threaded bolt through cente hole. Cut a disk of wood wedged it inside bottom of sprocket. Balanced 2 bolts as spacers on top of washer either side. Threaded a nut to push the washers down with the bolts acting as spacers , then could get clip out. Bits flew everywhere but all back together now after worked out which way up the washes went. Can see see why they changed from this sprocket design.
