I've recently moved into a home with my partner.
We have this stunning tree which will no doubt break up the views of the construction going on behind our rear wall garden "thank god". We have no idea what it is? I have tried a few snap apps and going through a few questionnaires on the woodland trust, but results are scattergun to say the least.
Although not in the pictures, neighbours say the tree blooms in the summer months a purple/lilac colour on the flowers?
Any help on what it is and how to best look after it would be greatly appreciated; we want it to be healthy and remain an important part of our garden!
