  7. Got a couple of churchyard yews with what I think is G. carnosum. One of which is fruiting at the moment. Would anyone agree with the ident?

  11. Interesting. That will be the core units then I'm guessing. If you have the option of topping to the cert or diploma, then that would be good.
  12. Does it exist at Level 4? The RFS L2 exists (combination of theory trial by examination and practical nptc units). The RFS used to accredit the L6 but those days are long gone. Current L4 is through ABC. I did it. It was good but hard work and time consuming (and rightly so).
  13. Your last photograph shows an area of sunken bark developing either side of an old twig attachment. Other photographs show wilting leaves. It's Hymenoscyphtastical.
  14. Seeing absolutely loads of mature ash by the a31 looking stag-headed, sparse, epicormics midway down branches. 20m tall. Regen is all shagged. Think this year will be miserable.
