True ,Gleditsia lose thorns when they mature and Sunburst isn't particularly thorny anyway .

Generally dies back down one side before killing the rest of the branch . Really bad on Acer plat.

I have never really studied them that closely ,but they are bound to vary .

Looks like Acer Pseudo plat "Worlii".Yellow sycamore . They do get wilt. Often they will live with it , losing branch or branches.

Hot or cold , it starts well.

I had my 560 ported by Spud. Completely changed the starting procedure after that. I can actually use the decomp valve for every start and it will fire on choke first pull ,start on second. Really impressed by the difference. Might be worth a punt.

441c model here. Run it on a 25 " and also an 18 " with 8 slot spinny thingy , on which it really goes.

I only use Labs now , wildfowling is hard on spaniels , but they are always up for it and very good at it , they just get cold. I love training them , they are up for any challenge too. Hope you got a good one . Must get back to painting. It's hard to concentrate , I can hear my brother and his mate shooting crows and pigeon down the Fen.

Bad news boy. They old cocker often get like that. I had to put my lab Tommy to sleep at only 8 and a half ,best dog I ever had . Never thought I would be so upset over a dog. But you get to have a puppy and start again. Love pups , love training dogs too. Good luck old boy with your new scatter brain hound.
