  1. Hopefully this came out better.
  2. The h.d filter holder is on the left, the holes are aligned differently. Sorry about the picture quality.
  3. I purchased a h.d air filter, (part number 503 81 80) filter holder (part number 503 81 78) and filter mounting bolt for my 2012 Husky 372xp/xt. The holes on the filter holder don't align with mounting holes on the Walbro carb. Anyone out there know of the correct part number for the filter holder? Thanks.
  4. Check the brake mechanism, clean with compressed air. Chain brake spring may need replacing.
  5. Good stuff, how much was the chip?
  6. Check plug, airfilter, fuel filter and clutch springs. The carb may need to be reset.
  7. Back to the dealers i'd say, they'll plug a diagnostic cable into the carb and that will tell them what's going on.
  8. Outstanding my good man, regards.
  9. I'd also be interested, long or short gaffs? Velcro or leather straps?
  10. The alloy Gekos are within my budget, couldn't justify the price of the carbons.
  11. Long gaffs for ivy covered stems, nice to have one set of spikes with short gaffs and a second set with long gaffs.
  12. The aluminium ones suit my budget, velcro top straps and leather bottom straps. Prob get an extra set of long gaffs.
  13. I'm thinking of purchasing a second set of spikes, i have the Stein X2's which are fine apart from the "sticky outy" calf wrap pads. I have my eye on the Distel Ally Gecko's, how do lads find them? Thoughts, opinions and feedback please. Thanks in advance.
  14. For cutting small stuff on the ground a rear handled Stihl ms 201t with a 12/14" bar, for aerial work a Stihl ms 150/ Husky 2510 or an Echo 2511tes all with a 10", 1/4", .043 sprocket/bar/chain combo.
  15. As mentioned in one of my earlier contributions i have one and i'm a big fan. Frees up valuable space on my T.M which is always good. I always climb with my Zubat, i'm a big believer in a handsaw. I haven't tried the Sawpod but the principle is the same.
  16. I'm happy enough and that's the main thing!
  17. It was the Sawpod or the Talon, i went with the Talon. Very happy with it.
  18. Ever try a leg mount Joe? I got a Notch Talon fot my Zubat and i have it mounted on my right leg. The handel of the Zubat sits below my right knee. It's always there but out of the way if you know what i mean. Goes on over spikes as well, perfect!
  19. How much for a basic Loler inspection? How long is a piece of string i suppose!!!
  20. The large dogs and wrap handle kit can be found on ebay or just the dogs on their own.
  21. Thinking about getting the Zillon and pairing it off with one of those new DMM swivels, what do you think? Sound.
