  2. Well if they're that old they might croak before you get paid after
  3. That's no way to talk about Joe's girlfriend.
  4. That's the spirit, hang gliding next week
  5. It's usually the other way round but I get your drift
  6. Mid to late 80s so possibly 30ish years old

    Sat Nav

I bought a tomtom start 25 with free updates from Argos last week. Not got traffic updates but it has lane assist. My old one was way out of date and tried to take us through pedestrian precincts and missed new slip roads so it has been pensioned off. It tried to take us through an estate but there were pop up bollards on two of the roads to only allow buses.
  8. They all seem to go in similar spot.

    Trailers

I have grandad rights on my licence b but a front of mine did his trailer test end of last year and he said it was just like talking the car test again. It cost him about £600 but he pulls an Ifor and we fetched a Discovery from Cannock with it last week. Do the test of you needed to pull loads of logs worthwhile delivering, it will be worth it in the long run. I pull a little unbraked trailer with the Berlingo and if it has any weight in it pushes you on downhill runs.
  11. I'm say here in front of our Hunter stove which is made of 10mm boiler plate and was not that expensive. What size stove are they looking at for the kitchen ? There are lots of good alternatives out there
  12. Are you king Louie from Jungle Book ? I am similar though so have to go up on chest size to get the arm length I need.

    Tiny echo!

That looks like a copy of my 25cc Chinese top handle I bought on eBay
  14. I gave a hand to move a scrap Disco onto a trailer on Tuesday and it was thoroughly stuck with the back brakes seized on. We used a little winch from Aldi anchored to a tree with a strop and pulled it round and out of it's resting place to get it hung on the 90. The little winch did it with hardly any effort.
  15. It had to be an 039 though didn't it ? They are just awkward.
  16. $82.59c in American money for a new one that's about £60 it you can find one.
  17. PU adhesive and a piece of aluminium plate stuck to it. Sikaflex or Tiger Seal are common makes but generic are cheaper.

    Autotune

Start it up till it's warm then stop it, tip the fuel out and start it up again. Leave it ticking over till it runs out.
  19. I regularly cut 12" with my 135 and it never struggles as long as you don't let it pinch. That's on a 14" bar.
  20. Build the threads up with something like JBweld, wait till it starts to tack off then grease the inside of the cap and screw it on lightly. Take it back off after an hour or so. Can't guarantee it but it's worth a try.
  21. I laugh in the face of danger, I don't like getting cold and wet though so I stay in.
  22. Is it this type of splitter. The seller is not anonymous and has reasonable feedback. It looks like you pay your money and take your chance PP but if you are handy with the tools and ready to tinker they could be a good prospect.
  23. When do you find time to refuel and repair it, it must be running non-stop.
  24. A friend of mine got shunted a couple of years ago and the other driver claimed whiplash injuries for himself and 3 family member passengers who were not even in the car at the time of the accident. Another had a bump from behind and the other drivers car was written off by the insurance who claimed my friend reversed into him at speed, he was on a Kawasaki ZX9 at the time and when he notified the other insurance of this they didn't even apologise. The bloke who hit him had been on Jeremy Kyle show the week previously and thought he was famous or something.

    Sheet metal

Steel or aluminium ? You just say metal. What are you using it for ? Metal that thin will bend easily in use and will stretch and ding easily after as well.
