  5. Hi guys , Can anybody reccomend a small petrol lawnmower for a mate of mine ? He wants , petrol engine , approx 18" cut , roller , not self drive . He has three small lawns and has been looking at a Hayter Harrier , I use a couple of Honda's , he says they are to big and hard to handle and I don't know much about other makes .
  6. Check the exhaust aint blocked , our Stihl blower was acting up and that's what it was .

  8. Jon , our Charnwood is 6kw , sitting room is 23ft x 17 ft . When the stove is warmed up it's roasting , gotta open the door into the hall .

  15. I had this on an old 254 , the original cap had the o' ring type seal , tried a new seal , still leaked then a new cap , same leak . Tried a cap fron a 266 with the seal on the bottom and it worked a treat .
  16. I always fancied a pair of them but got landed with the old Stihl tractors , looking back now I'm glad things have moved on a pace
  17. Save up some more money and get a pair of Airstreams .

  19. Aye , it made a noise Jon , but it also made a crunching noise when the teeth stripped off the drive flange another time . Take the rubber cap off and check the shaft's inot slipping round in the flange .
  20. I had a bearing go on the rear of my 110 Jon , it was a 06 model . I took the bolts out round the flange and pulled the shaft out . That let me into the hub nuts , caliper bolts out then off with the hub , knocked out the old tracks and seals , fitted new ones . Job done .
  21. Road use Jon , just crap quality steel .
  22. My mates just put a new chassis on his 04 model , make sure it's not rotten .
