  1. I would recommend going for an Echo 390esx. It will do the job and IMHO is better quality that most of the domestic husky gear.
  2. Where are you based WW and how much you charging? Interested in buying decent charcoal for the summer
  3. Just said same on OPs other post[emoji106]
  4. Why not just pay somebody to ring it up for you in sizes that will fit your burner and you concentrate on splitting ie buy yourself a splitting maul?
  5. I have the cylinder (300L thermal heat bank) already to go with the low level coil. I have south facing roof space. Are the Evac tube solar thermal systems still viable? Everyone I talk to steers me towards PV. Wonder what the payback figures look like and whether prices have dropped like PV gear?
  6. Was it a mini maglite? ?
  7. Ah that......Allegedly a kids drone shot down for flying too close to Royal Palace.
  8. Why do we give British citizenship to away so easily? IMHO it should be in exceptional circumstances only, very much like much of the Gulf region. Economic migrants come when we need them, when we don’t.. send them home with their pot of gold. Step out of line you get deported! Political migrants/asylum seekers get a temporary resident visa but maintain their country of origin passport. Step out of line/commit crime you get deported! Prove your worth and apply for below.... In the exception, Grant full citizenship, however no more dual/triple nationality - you are either signed up to being British or not...half hearted person need not apply!
  9. Like what?
  10. Wow I was guessing about 500kg max[emoji106] What sort of money do they cost for a tidy one? Thx Craig
  11. What will the Kioti lift on the loader Marcus?
  12. Ha ha, I was in the process of putting together a (semi) intelligent reply until I scrolled down [emoji106]
  13. Ha ha nah I guess that test drive was south of Saudi, not north[emoji6]
  14. I do wonder if this recent action was a condition of sale for the Eurofighter deal with Saudi[emoji848]
  15. You should have tried the 390, it really is a great little saw. I had the opposite experience, I brought a Husky 435 and found it tedious to start, underpowered and generally unreliable. Ended up giving it away to a mate.
  16. Dubai’s oil pretty much ran out a decade ago, seem to be doing ok without it......
  17. Thumb up for the little Echo. It’s a cracking saw for the money. Definitely pro quality[emoji106]
  18. Bit nosey for a cabbage ain’t ya! So come on...lance the boil, let the poison out.. who was it, an immigrant or a farmer who fooked you over? ?
  19. Another quality comment, you really are a bitter chap. Not good for your health old boy!
  20. I really rate Treatex products. They do an exterior cedar oil, not tried it myself but might be worth a punt.
  21. So a Hilux Invincible at 2090kg is affected! I guess that will affect future sales☹️
  22. Thx Jonny, went ahead and brought it. Having them change the timing chain guide which is supposed to be a weak point and catastrophic if it breaks off. Paid £6.5k for a clean truck with 90k on it, you don’t get much of a Defender for that money. Hopefully it will be a goodun!
  23. Looking for a 4x4 run-around that will tow reasonably well but offer more comfort and better reliability than a Defender. Anyone tried a Shogun SWB 4Work commercial? I have heard that the earlier (2006) 3.2 DiD engine and transmission is pretty bombproof? Cheers Craig
