  4. Up here it takes ages to dry , will burn if you get it real dry , I'm not a fan of pop. K
  5. My 261 had aprolem with the clutch drum bearing a while back , dealer repaired it and I've had no bother since , love mine .

  7. Bin sitting in the cabin for nearly two hours , hoizontal snow blowing from the east , can't even see the wood freeeeeeeeeezing !! K
  8. In my experience sweet chestnut seems to burn better and dry quicker that horse chesnut , later is a bitch to split too , I wouldn't be in a hurry to pay for it . K
  9. I pass a farm every morning and they have an owl on a pole beside silage bags , usually a few crows at the bags so I guess the don't work that well . K

  16. I wonder how battery life would be on this using it for work , can't help thinking it sounds a bit on the expensive side . Any battery powered tools I've bought are ok for a while , then a battery is required . Just a thought . K
  17. On this subject , at 7.30 ish this morning I saw a buzzard on the big beech behind my house , low and behold it swoops down and kills a full grown phesant , now four buzz's in the field and crows giving them a hard time . K
