the seals are easy enough to do without taking the crank out. and yes outboards are easier. where abouts are you out of interest? ie got a load of outboards to pickup at some point.

give spuds idea a go. the low screw will adjust the idle speed, in will make it run fast, also lean it out, not a good place to have it. out will lower the idle as it will run rich. the balance on standard is one turn out. what colour is the spark plug?

ok. go with the other post then, look into clutch, a creeping chain can be clutch springs worn. look at them first, see if any are broken, would be worth replaing anyway.

could be, try adjusting the low screw a small amount out, or just check its at factory setting. low screw adjust first, then look into seals etc if this makes no diff.
8. doesnt look the same, on the other ones that cured bit under the I.D numbers is flat. maybe thicker metal has been used.
9. maybe, but once its all flat on the ground the tri blade wont mulch it up but will just run oer the top.
10.
hello, i can get the in, depends on the size you need, both inside hole and outer total size, i find oregon ones are the best, they do the whole range, there is an online, try f r jones first tho. pm e if you hae no luck.

11. well that depends. a shredder blade with bent ends will mulch cut stuff. the saw blade will cut down but not mulch. use two types, the saw blade for cutting and the mulching blade for clean up.

Need help

Transit van, carry everything you want. Cheap for start. Also get a toe bar fitted for a trailer. Nothing wrong with a decent tranny that is sign written up properly. Leave the 4x4 alone as you will pay through the teeth for ins.
21. Why's that? You on holiday! I'm pretty dead at the mo, got a few in waiting parts. But nothing new for a couple of days. Also moving workshop in the end of month so I guess I don't want much to come in.
22. Any help Barrie? No he wants some porting work done. God knows why
23. Tony. Go to Eastbourne lifeboat station and ask for Paul or dan, tell them Richard from Dover lifeboat sent you and you are after a good plumber. Tell them you know me and they will help. To be honest any of the mechs down there will help you find one. Paul is ex tradesman so knows a few.
24. If I'm down the station and people are there I always wind them up by turning it on and hiding the remote. They hate it. It's like ou just get sucked into it and go brain dead watching it. Turns you into a zombie and then wounder why you watched it at the end...
25.:lol: So does inbreeding, domestic abuse, alcoholism and unwanted pregnancy... But after it has been on all of the above double so they can get on the programme and get given some money to go on....
