  1. Not yet you gotta get triples and quads of each model yes the Dolmar ps-420 is still readily available and there still as likeable and great value
  2. Yeah some of the earlier ps-6400 , ps-7300 , ps-7900 red tops didn’t have a left side de-comp valve and at the time one cover was used for both variants so some saws came with this cover when the later black top models arrived on the scene they all had the right hand de-comp valves standard Makita EA-7900

    Dolmar

Most parts are NLA for this Saw but it does share its chassis with four other models 112 114 117 119 and you find Parts saws come up pretty cheap sometimes You’ll find it’s a strong Saw once you get it running
  5. Husqvarna 572 full wrap handle with large spikes and chain cover in stock
  6. Have you tried Yandles @ Martock I was down there last week got quite a selection
  7. @Stubby haven’t seen that side by side for a while love that muffler it’s class i was hoping @spudulike could have a think about a muffler like this on that project for me
  8. I’ve just sent you a reply to your pm but there’s so many variants too this flywheel and coil combination and most wont work without the other as @billpierce knows there’s been updates to part numbers in various years and before Makita and Dolmar aligned there models there are numerous options for instance dcs 500 5000 5001 5020 5121 5030 5031 and ps 500 510 5000 5100 5105 and some had easy starter some had normal start so two different coil again now Dolmar and Makita have got the EA and PS models the same specs only changed the colour teal and red
  9. Thanks Dave always keep a few refills and hooks around so easy too cut them There is approx £12-£14 difference between the Johan Husqvarna And the Oregon Spencer 15m 50ft tapes
  10. Hello yes Iam around a good around Saw would be the Dolmar ps-7910 or Makita EA7900 both will handle a big bar and are nimble on a smaller bar the Dolmar / Makita 9010 has been discontinued Ive always got new and like new saws around
  11. This should help change that problem
  12. Thanks Steve yes it has the Fuji Robin cutting gear the two larger models are the same style as your trimmer. Makita purchased Fuji Robin 10yrs ago and it was consolidated into the brand 4-5yrs ago , the hedge trimmers have got that Robin influence throughout also Robin brushcutters where available until earlier this year with the prefix Makita RBC but now Dolmar / Makita don’t make a 2-stroke stropimmer , brushcutter only MM4
  13. They are all made in the same environment below is a cross reference between Dolmar and makita dolmar Ht-2360D - Makita Eh-5000w dolmar ht-2375d - Makita eh-7500w dolmar ht-2475 - Makita eh-7500s
  14. Dolmar ms-4300-4U or Makita em-4351-U 4-Stroke are the equivalent to the Husqvarna brushcutter you where comparing it too @Saw-sick Steve there smooth and quite powerful too use plenty of torque for a small 4-strokes
