Not had the pleasure . What did the write up say ?
  10. On this it seems we are like minded . The width thing ...There is a bridge over an old railway line in our village . The wall sticks out no further than the verge leading up to it and away from it but people feel the need to move into the middle of the road when they get near the wall so every one has to stop . GRRRR
  11. And this . Blue rinse doing 0 mph on the village road and puts the brakes on coz of the bend by the church which is perfectly safe to take at 40 . You just know those brake lights are cumming on and .....Yep there they are !
  12. Yep . Thats is a right corker Does my swede in !
  13. I feel your pain . Why do some people drive up to a huge empty roundabout that you can see most of and stop and wait till something comes to justify stopping ?????
  14. Not used one and therefore cant comment accurately but it looks a lot of faf when a plain old file will do ......
  15. I expect the LH limb is a natural leaner toward the building and so needs a tug to get it over centre . All looks normal to me ......
  16. Think he must have climbed up the stem to put the timber hitch on the pulling rope and the ladder is just were it was left when he accessed the tree .
  17. The cutter is putting a " gob " in the LH stem and they are going to pull it over onto the brash pile . Seems fine to me .
