    Moorhen?

When I used to shoot sporting clays some times a stand was trying to replicate " Floppy More Hen " . More often than not it was the most missed stand on offer . Deceptively slow when evading prey and there fore surviving when predated . I have a soft spot for the little fellas .

    Pete

Hi Pete . If its racing I would investigate a possible air leak . Split fuel pipe split carb to air intake boot knackered crank case seals etc etc . Hope you can sort it .
  3. NASSA top lab I understand 🙂

    Moorhen?

    Yep .
  11. Coz salt will kill most plants . I got rid of pampas grass that came from next door with dish washer salt . Its better than Roundup .

  13. Sitting in his tin can ?
  14. In the same family but the lesser nasty " Cow parsley/parsnip " It looks to me .
  15. I might call one " precipitation due to encroaching low from the south west visibility poor " Has a sorta ring to it .
  16. Not really shocking though is it ? Pretty much how they roll . 🙂 ( this from a Husqvarna fan )
  17. The fact that the previous mulch caught fire won't of helped the roots . Could pine bark mulch be too acidic for this species ? I'm no expert .
  18. Could be a crank seal leaking .
  19. Idling with the brake on should be fine provided the idle speed is not too high that it wants to engage the clutch and spin the chain .

    Jokes???

Yes Mick . I think you are right mate . Did not clock the surroundings .
  21. All day long !
  22. I would think you may have had an air leak causing it to nip up . Also good quality synth oil at 50:1 would be my choice . As above , I would also get it fixed ( and the air leak if there is one ) but I would go OEM on a good saw like that . Also , if only used infrequently I would go for an alkylate fuel like Aspen or Husqvarna equivalent .

    Jokes???

Quite a big brood ! Allows for predation . Crows , Magpies , foxes etc etc. If there are 5 left in 3 weeks it will be good going .
