  1. rob, ive looked at them and open university. ive done the level 3 sub sid diploma do you have to go over the same information again or can you submit what uve already learnt and concentrate on the high end part of the course as i noticed its 3yrs online. cheers
  2. I was wondering where is best to study online, to complete and gain an BSc (Hons) in Arboriculture. Im thinking for the future and the possibility of moving abroad. What are your ideas or experience? thanks dan
  3. id be pissed if that happened to me. I work for a council and weve got a great boss and equipment( very much looked affter). As a basic rule of thumb, if you do one thing the council are ment to do one more. i.e if they was a fully working crew with upto date pratices this shouldnt of happened,also with the council being h&s mad/overboard id defo contact not just a line manager but the dept manager on this. also we only have the 1 trees and woodlands dept which then gets contracted out to other dept like highways schools etc. so id call trees and woodlands 1st bud

  9. lol, welcome and once again i have far more work in the winter than the summer.
  10. if a army bergen is to big try bugoutgear, ive got a couple and there still going strong. ive used them in afgan iraq etc,its held alsorts up and over 30kgs of gear. i would reconmend them highly

  12. how do you view your pictures.? and a basic tool would be paint on windows
  13. we have everything documented, but with 8 crews of 3/2 and 220k trees its sometimes a catching up game

  15. Seems like the root plate had snapped out/rotted etc possible gammer derma? weve had quite a few over the last 8/months and have had to take them out

  18. lol. if this issue thats been brought to light has only made you start to wonder.... the gov have been doing god knows how many years. I wont be signing, and the gov have already made there mind up. weather its for or against, itll still happen.
  19. its a fair way from myself, however if theres anything i could do to help please pm me bud, being ex military and volunteering for the british legion to help our older boys out id like to do something. Also a massive weldone for everyone putting their name or kit forward.
  20. Have you tried the srt with the seat ? Some of our older lads have changed to that and love it. But then its all down to you bud
