  1. Drink more (camelbak) stretch when you wake up/ go to bed. Before and after work Deep tissue massage/ sports massage. once a month well that works for me.

  6. I used mine at the weekend for two reductions and a conifer removal. Brilliant saw, didnt bother taking my silky up. The more tanks that go through her the better she geta .a fare bit of cut and hold But just be sensible about it...

  9. Awesome video. The target is to get out to BC in the future, these video's just make me want to get out there more and more. Like the scenery, the type of tree work and the way of life out there..... God dam. Its a real help to be given a first person insight into tree work in other countries like this.
