  1. How many calories do you reckon a climber should put through himself in a day. I know its a vague question just curious about peoples thoughts Arran
  2. Horses for courses really, i love mine. It has earnt its keep over and over + my elbows still feel good
  3. Really interesting thread, I think the main thing employers look for is climbing and cutting ability, 30 31 38 39 is enough to start with. You learn to pass your tickets then you go to climb and cut at work properly. I only know a couple of climbers who climb by the book and are quick

  15. I miss my SJ I had a 413 with the pick up back on it, was on a C reg and did over 300 miles a week for half a year and was fine, was also awesome in the snow. I might be wrong but i heard the suzuki sj's have a better power to weight ratio than defenders;)
  16. Will upload mine later ive been running my zk1 with a soft tether. To be honest im not in a rush to make a stiff tether due to the way i use the wrench and hitch, would like you to try a zk2 just to see how much of an improvemnt there is.

Well done for your triathlon rupe, just been flicking through this thread, Been out on the road bike 3 days a week for the last couple of weeks. really getting back into it been doing hill climbing intervals and 10k time trials just training and loving it again. being subby has really helped with time management. Want to start racing in the next few months again. Goal will be to get some points in some 3rd cat races
  21. at 18 normally money isnt an issue and rent at your parents is cheap in comparison to the big bad world (i know im still at home ) , get a buffer of money behind you and go for it. Be productive on your spare days, networking with emails and phonecalls, and go out for rec climbs to help get fast and keep fit
  22. I second that can't rate them enough, super cool super cheap and last well. Im 30ish waist at the moment
