  1. Still no sign of my global recycling pack either Steve. Cheers James
  2. Can't see a Dyson keeping up with a thicknesser. The hoses and ports are way too narrow.
  3. I can find a valve ok. Just can't find a plug in this country. I believe that there is a new and old size for the valves and I can only find a plug to fit the old style. Cheers
  4. Hi all. Just lent my ms391 to someone and they have given it back with a broken decompression valve. I have never used it so I would rather plug it than replace the valve but can't seem to find a plug that says it will fit. Can anyone point me in the right direction please or i may have to just replace the valve as I need it soon. Cheers James
  5. I like how the stools are all different heights
  6. Always strikes me as a little dubious. I used them got a short while and apparently I had planted 18 trees.
  7. Almost ready to kiln this timber now. Any ideas who might be able to do it for me? Cheers James
  8. I have a lucas mill just the other side of Aylesbury to you. It will fit through a 1200mm gap and will cut just over 20ft lengths. I will pm you my contact details incase you want to take it further. Cheers James
  9. 550kg
  10. This is sorted already. Drew87 on here is local and his email has been given to the customer. Thx arbtalk.
  11. Hi all. I have been asked to mill a 2ft by 10ft beech in Chiswick with only pedestrian gate access. Gate is off main road and tree is right next to gate. Not really got the time so does any one want to do it?
  12. I'm surprised. Yes there might be a bit of metal in there but I'd pay her 200 for the lot if they were near me and assuming it was a straight fell. Easy enough to find metal and dig it out in a tree that size. Easy enough to metal detect them where they are too.
  13. Her asking price is £300 for the standing trunks and the logs. Get the feeling she wants them gone though so sure a sensible offer would be accepted. She was under the impression that the tree roots are valuable and there is enough leverage in there to get the buyer to remove roots too but have told her that is not the case.
  14. Will ask her for asking price.
  15. Got her to send me some more photos for clarity. Definitely yew, Anyone interested?
  16. Only seen this photo. Owner tells me there yew and I'm sure they had a tree surgeon work on them so you think they would know. We will find out if someone wants them.
  17. Someone asked me if i wanted these yew but there too far for me. 1 has 1.3m circumfrence and the other 2 are 1m circumfrence. Not sure what she wants for them but get in touch if you want her contact details.
  18. Arbwork definitely has an lt40. Good chap too.
  19. Got some with one waney edge. Or one short piece with two. Probably about 1m. Will look when I get home.
  20. How many lengths so you need?
  21. What size chestnut are you starting with for the rails? Nice job.
  22. Do you mean rfw ( remote free wheeling). There is some vacuum switches under the bonnet. Thus was the reason my rfw light was always on.
  23. Got 6x2 and 8x2. Nice and dry and around 3m.
  24. Only one loop left. Pm if you want it.
