  5. Guide Tennies are good but get the gortex ones. However the sole isn't the longest lasting although it'll easily last a season. I'm on my second pair, mega comfortable.

  7. Tachyon includes the 'FlexifirmTM' which has the qualities of a static/low stretch rope under normal usage but when shock loaded is behaves more like a dynamic rope. Combined with Colemanjessenz's point and you've got your shock absorbing requirements well covered. Or just avoid slipping.....

  16. Hi, I was asked to leave a stump, carved into a seat.... It is cypress and not at all rotten. What would you suggest applying to the cut surfaces if anything? I appreciate it may not last for long but the client wants some info and I don't know beyond suggesting Danish oil? Any advice appreciated. Thanks Adam
