  6. Ive just bought a Wallenstein, everyone raves about them, there is a company who sells them on ebay, I got the blokes tel number off there, what a nice chap too! I went for the Wallenstein WX910T and cant wait till it gets delivered!!

  8. Im looking at purchasing the Wallenstein WX910T 1k over budget but I think its the machine for me as I do suffer from lower back pain and if im working a splitter with a bed hight of 21-24" im gona suffer. The WX910T has a bed hight of 29" which will make my back a happy bunny!

  12. I am looking for some info and recomendations into which log-splitter to purchase. I curently use an axe, but as the demand for logs in my village has increased I have decided to buy myself a log-splitter. I do not have a Tractor or hydrolics so im needing the kind with an engine of some description. A road towable one would be most beneficial. I look forward to your suggestions... Chris

  16. Ive considered enrolling but ive been looking through the course content and it looks so intense and im running a business, trying to be a husband and father in my spare time! Its a dam shame that the only options that I have are a level 3 or level6!
  17. Back end of the year would be best mate, You will have to do some root pruning once lifted, once re-planted it would be best to prune the tree to compensate for any root damage. If your wanting more in depth info you will have to wait for someone else to come along mate. Good news on the college course though eh!
  18. Aye it was a good'n, i was there for the college competition climb on thursday and back today for the pro's! I missed my mate Ben who had come from Penrith to climb Grrrrr Good day out had by all IMO

  23. Took a tri stemmed living one down this week and got a completely dead one to do next week, I'm up in Newcastle where I doubt there has been drought since 1940 considering all the bloody rain we've had!
