  1. Good man:thumbup1: The thing with our job is we can sometimes avoid the balls up by running, jumping or even swinging out of the way if you see it coming. With electricity you dont see it coming and it can get you from a distance as well. One slight movement in the wrong direction with a swinging rope or pole pruner or branch or even your own body and boom the games over Play it safe guys and gals dont take risks with it or it might be your last:sneaky2:
  2. Shigo, Mattheck, Attenborough, Mears and a host of others but most of all i have the most respect and admiration for all the tribes that live in the rainforests or outback or wherever they may be living off the land and having mother nature as their cradle, that for me is the perfect life and what i think of as freedom 100%. I would rather be one of them than anything else and we could learn a lot from them.
  3. yet again i say
  4. thats how i started and also how i got blisters every day it was the stretch on a long prussic up into the tree that was a killer when you slide the prussic up 3 or 4 times and you still havent gotten off the ground:lol:

  17. LV wires are usually stacked vertically and the same distance apart from each other, unless it is abc cable which is all the wires wrapped together. Phone lines are a bit more random and are not so neatly put together. Best thing is if you dont know then stay away or you could end up dead:thumbdown:
