  2. Trailer may not sink but Manitou will, that's why he is using Quad.
  3. Absolutely try, only time I meet all family members is a funeral.
  4. Just bought a Pulsar quantum xq50 off a mate how has upgraded, complete game changer when deer stalking on edge of woodland, the big problem is squirrels in most of woodland were we stalk, you can watch them though pulsar but you can't see them without. But they don't see though wood.
  5. Quite right, all the tickets don't make you good at tree work. Walk before you Run.
  6. That's sad news as bought quite a few bits off them for chippers, mainly because they delivered next day or 2 not like other's a week. Maybe price of sweets have got to high for them. 😃
  7. The tips will turn brown sometimes no matter how sharp cutter is, had it on a hedge a couple of years ago hedge cutter was brand new and razor sharp.
  8. Morning, Had today's job cancelled last night as garden was under water, rang 6 other customer and all said garden to wet. So looks like a day of paper work.
  9. The best way I have found to do roe and muntjac is lay on lightly oil foil season with black pepper, onion salt, and other herbs. Rap it up in the foil and cook on gas mark 5 for 30min for muntjac and 45min for roe. Let it cool and put in fridge and then cut it and put it in fresh bread rolls. But each to their own,
  10. It does say, free cash withdrawals.
  11. That's the answer. I quote for work years ago now and it was big job, re-pollarding willows, the nearest quote was £4000 dearer and the highest was £12000. And before anyone asks I made money on that job.
  12. Blunt knife is a dangerous one also chipper blades.
  13. That is the problem with some hire companies,
  14. Has it got blades in it.
  15. Knowing how a machine runs and works is key in this business, if it brakes down you need it fix for the next day or on that day to finish job. Only the other day switch packed up on eclectic supply to 6 way valve to work grab and rotator on little loader. So I pulled wires from work light on boom and wire 6 way valve to it and used light switch instead.
  16. Would your campact handle a rear forklift like a mcconnel one. Or just fit front loader and maybe only pick 2 at a time.
  17. Out reach is what you need so go big, less moving and can stand away. When I use them if I can use boom lift even better so I can move around with out messing about with legs and even coming right down.
  18. Didn't he notice truck wasn't pulling well.
  19. That's how my old Premier pto chipper rollers worked, once that thing got hold of a bit of wood that was it, if you wasn't quick enough to stop rollers belts would slip.
  20. There's a couple of companies near me how have gone Jensen A520 after using Forst and Timberwolf, there is a Jensen agent/agri dealer less then 4 miles from them so many be why, or like when I went there for a chainsaw helmet part as I was that way chipper sales man spotted me and then got me to look at chippers, he could sell sand to Arabs. Was over looking a farm which 3 tree companies run out of mixture of chippers Timberwolf, GreenMech and Jensen in yard would be a good place to ask what they thought of them.
  21. Total agree with above, unless you are good with spanners and electrics. Buy from dealer will depend on what service you get afterwards, I bought second hand from dealer and service was bad and I refuse to deal with them now even for parts.
  22. Tank breather, try with cap off,
  23. Are you saying no fuel in bubble when pushed.
  24. You just say 2 cutters and 2 labours, Were is or how will drive digger,
