  5. I understand what you mean, but it's not mine it's neighbours. And hasn't had a lot of use. But looking at parts for stihl stuff most parts only fit one or two models, where as Husqvarna parts fit more.

    Stihl

I can't believe how Stihl just stop making parts compared to Husqvarna. Neighbour asked me to look at Stihl Fs106 strimmer, engine runs but no drive turned out clutch drum had broken from shaft spigot. Rang dealer part is know obsolete, then searched Internet and not found one. Looking at £800-£900 to replace madness. Going to weld it up and see how long it lasts. Unless anyone on here has one kicking about they want to sell.
  8. Easy job for fabricator to make you a new one I would of thought.
  9. What wrong with the one on yours.
  10. Great photo, all you wanted was a marmalade sandwich to match.
  11. If you are good with spanners and can fit a new engine, give unipower at Dunmow a ring, they do replacement engines for timberwolf chippers. My 18/100 with kohler engine had big trouble, changed it for Briggs.
  12. He has left some nice stubs to hang him from. Think I would teach him a lesson by getting as many leaves as I could an just tip them in his garden when his out.
  13. Disco probably be in same road tax bracket.
  14. Go's like treacle in cold weather.
  15. I ve put hundreds of posts in with sledge hammer but you need a hammer with a flat side and hit top of post square. Seen people using maul and still knack top of post as they didn't hit it square.
  16. https://www.green-tech.co.uk/hard-landscaping/tree-anchoring/rootball-fixing-system/rootball-wire-fixing-tree-anchor-system?sku=170UR2080&affiliate=product_feed&utm_source=product_feed&utm_medium=product_feed&utm_campaign=product_feed&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=p.max-hard-landscaping&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAxKy5BhBbEiwAYiW--4TxS0XY3TSqAcmAyV-xNAqiouCf8i9XJiq1yolO66SNdEC7z9ioGxoCQFgQAvD_BwE
  17. So we are talking a 5m high tree, even a 8ft stake is not enough, would consider under ground anchor system. Or 3 guy wire system.
  18. Not much good at weekend, have got a good agri fitter I know will probably ring him tomorrow, I quizzed him a couple of weeks ago about something, if he knows what it is will have to buy him a few beers.
  19. So. Everything is clean, fuel pump primes up first part by hand then turn it over and it self bleeds. Ran it up road and still same, next was air cleaner, clean. So sitting having lunch thinking, this has all arised after I remove immobiliser, so next is check power to stop solenoid,
  20. The Jimmy is a little motor for little money
  21. The little Jimmy is a great truck, my mate bought one a couple of years ago to use as deer stalking vehicle. Rust is a problem, also vacuum to lock front drive hubs.
  22. Found this at the base of Oak.
  23. Will do more checks in day light. Once I had undo drain and gurgling happened, ran it up road and seamed OK, but will give it more of a run.
