  1. Bit of advice when buying auger drive unit try and get a deal on biggest auger bit first when buying

Back on subject, the NFU have always been happy with anything we have done to the trucks, and have been happy to insure a modded defender that absolutely no one else would touch, but it will be interesting to see if they are happy about my latest performance mods when I tell them. Very intresting I tried them for a 130 got so complicated with how had built it and all mods, they them said no. So went with Adrian Flux no problem just told me to send photo.

  11. Got back lunch time today to find a ordered item left on door step could not believe what I saw box big enough to hold a pair of boots. All there was inside was a drive belt. Anyone had the same.

  14. A couple of weeks ago someone posted a thread on Sugru mouldable glue maybe you could strip back and solder new bit on end then mould glue around join. Just a thought.
  15. For tree work you are joking the most cramped driving seat you could sit in.
  16. If it turns out too be blead off from motor case you could plumb it back to tractor to a return valve with a filter fitted before it go s back in to tractor.
  17. The only hydraulic motors I now of with 3 Pipes are on hedge cutters but the 3rd pipe is a small blead back pipe.
  18. If someone films you doing it and sends it to HSE or H&S they may come and find you or them.
  19. They even overloaded years ago picture is from late 1900 took near were I live.
  20. I have a T max 12500 on the front of my 130 frightening what it pulls. only problem I have had is the plug on lead but fixed that with a self tapping screw though plug.
