  1. Surely needs more doing to get it to 3500kg. Need to make sure tyres are upto it as they are going to take more of the mass weight.
  2. That should read let sheep past.
  3. Performance Direct is how I use, just gave them a list of everything I do and got me cover.
  4. Bought a BG 86 years ago of ebay for about £120 lives in chipper hopper and costs me nothing now. My neighbour has a Efco sa3000 blower good machine. Look at LawnMowers direct have some deals on Stihl blowers .
  5. It's 135kg so not light and ramps for trailer are short. I would rather keep control of it with a 3-1 pulley system.
  6. It's a Camon sg30 used it on Monday great machine well balanced yo push about.

And as with the problems I had can't be arsed to leave with neighbour all though delivered to them as well. DPD deliver on Sundays near me, but maybe be extra to pay. DHL are the best bloke that delivers has been in area 25 years and is always early, never does round how they set it out for him, and will always leave it in safe place.

Had a major problem with Parcelforce the other week, landed up email to CEO as no other system worked, got reply after about an hour, then phone call from one of his PA team, saying they couldn't get hold of north essex office. Anyway after his PA ringing me back for the next 3 days I did get it after all. Have had big problem with DPD and probably got a couple of there driers the sack.

  10. Thanks, or just cut it once and slide it on.
  11. Just got a small stump grinder, how do you lot stop the teeth chawing putting a hole in trailer floor. Was thinking some type of foot for the front or just a lump of wood with groove cut in it.
  12. Saw Christmas card display and Cadbury secret Santa in the shops at weekend
  13. Dug a old set of pulleys and length rope this afternoon worked a treat hooked it high on ladder rack on trailer and sling on handle bar to pull square no effort at all, didn't even hold on to it just pulled rope. A lot quicker then winch and cheap.
  14. Picked this up at the weekend, fed up with ones I hire. Bit of a struggle to get it on ifor tipper up ramps was thinking small winch.
  15. Seen a couple of Praxis grinders at good price, can you switch cutting head for a better one. I have hired this type of grinder before and been impressed with what they do.
  16. Many years ago when you could buy a timberwolf straight from there factory I bought my first chipper which was a 18/100 which I still have as back up. It was fitted with Kohler 18hp, was taken on a tour around factory and the next batch were being built up and engine being fitted was Briggs, when I asked why, answer was price.
  17. Reading everything to do with chipper not starting no matter what make, it the Briggs and Stratton that is the engine fitted. Not up to the job intended there must be another engine out there to do this job more reliable, even if it is a bit more money.
  18. Ratchet strap around tyre to push it out to rim edge.
  19. Doesn't the Forst runs same engine. If there wasn't emission laws to comply to they may have all built better chippers.
  20. I would of thought they buy in running gear to fit to there trailers rather then make in house, have the hub cap get any lettering on.
  21. If you haven't spoken to Timberwolf about the problem you have had with dealer do, I had a problem with second hand machine from one of there main dealers and had good result from taking to them about there dealer, but that was many years ago. The final phone call I had was from the CEO of Timberwolf.
  22. A couple of years ago I got quotes for insurance, ever company can back with hieght restriction until I asked them again with a work hieght. You have to tell them what hieght you intend to work.
