    Just to fast. At 540rpm they are plenty fast enough. Why not up grade hydraulic's with a pto 2 stage pump to speed up you old splitter.

    Use them quite a bit unloading at night, repairing machinery light is were you are looking and as I did a bit of deer stalking and rabbit control all so handy.

    To all hydraulic experts. Got to wire a hydraulic diverter valve up so is terminal 1 positive switched live wire and terminal 2 negative back to ground (earth).

    Oil 6 litres of 10w-40 Coolant 4 litres. Valve clearance 0.145 to 0185 mm on cold engine. Hope this helps.

    When you get the hang of loading and unloading its quick, I put loader on a Ifor 8x5 tipper which is not the best trailer to transport it but get it on and tied on in 3mins.

    If you travel a bit for work micro loader as you call them have there uses stick them on trailer and off you go. Travelling to a job the other morning with Giant loader on trailer saw 2 avants and 1 bobcat all on trailers behind truck, it horses for courses if you got the work take the leap and you will think why didn't i do it before.

    Saw the JCB 1CXT at Plantwox 3 years ago what a quick little machine. Saw a 2cx for sale a couple of years ago with a timber grab on front and back actor was chopped short and had a set of hydra tongs on the end.

    Talking to a mate how is a builder the other day and he told me how he got stopped on a back road by police and vosa He drives a merc sprinter with personal plate. They pulled him over asked what he was doing and what was in van turns out he was moving old bath from a job back to his to store for a just in case job with some pipe work they argued about that saying it was waste and he said no going to be re- cycled and then they moved on to pipe work which he replied how else do you think i am going to plumb it in when someone buys it. He then said there's some sweet wrappers in the front they may what to do he for which they did not think was funny so as he had answers to all questions they let him off.

    These are some of the limbs with burrs we removed but the whole tree is covered.

    What splitter have you got? pick them up with grab and put on splitter maybe an option.

    Looked at a Horse Chestnut a couple of months ago which i also looked at a year ago and quoted to carryout work on it, which was to Reduce large limb and tip prune by 1 meter and find any dead wood and rot/cavities. The reason to tip prune was to find any decay at tips because it has declined i the last couple of year and dropped leaves early. Me question is the tree is covered with burrs will this cause less growth and stress to tree because carried out work on it this afternoon and no sign of any major decay any were.

    Last year was going to remove my brother off my LR 90 and was told it would be cheaper to leave him on it.

    That trailer looks like its siting well down.

    From what i have seen the CS100 can tip back if you put long and end heavy timber in it were as the 80/100 will just sit there.
