Fed up with using standard drill to drill large holes in steel and trying to brake wrist every time so going to invest in mag drill, anyone use a Evolution mag drill half the price of others on the market.

From a wildlife point you would be better of stacking brash in habitat pile and keeping you money in your pocket for a rainy day.

Was work a couple of weeks ago in Colchester and a white transit tipper turned up with 3 in it 2 dressed in Stihl gear but with trainers on. Start cutting a tree down and 1 of them all he did was walk up and down the roads on estate knocking on doors. Found out later they were offering tree-work, patio cleaning, re-stoning of drives to list some. The give away they were travellers was the ally water churn in the back of transit. -
Cheap compared if weeks of work with cut to leg.

If that concerned just buy a new pair as they are cheap Oregons.

Husky 353 running 15inch bar never leave home with out it, then a 357xp running 15inch bar it is a little heavier. On bigger jobs skys the limit up to 3120 husky.

I look at trees in my local church yard ever 2 years for the parish. I asked how much of a report they needed the said they were told a tree surgeon needed to look at them. Which I do but only from the ground as they will not pay for them to be climbed, on my report it is high lighted that it do from ground level and a more detailed inspection is need by climbing. Also the best report can not deem a tree safe so be carefull.

You may have to find out why its sssi, probably plants/ grasses on it and they may specify when bests to access field as most can only be grazed certain times a year.

Surely if you are cutting off at ground level you will knacker blade on hedge cutter. It's a grass so brush cutter is best at ground level.

Triblade on big brushcutter easy job to cut but clearing up not so.

Depends how old it is may not have lazer cut chassis rail.

Thanks calum did think about 3pl one and adapting it to fit, but the one I am building will be able to take grab off and fit post hole auger set up on. Just need to get grab.

Ditto ifor plates are not stamped. It a job to explain but each letter looks like all dots to make each letter, well that's what mine looks like.

Thanks everyone, spoke to a customer that sails a lot his advice is keep it clean and get it to dry off and heal . Ment to say it the fore finger I did the end bit, and it burnt through glove as well.

But why did it blow, replacing fuse may only be a short time fix.

May be worth a ring Tree surgery and forestry contractors in Essex -
Earth would maybe affect all lights, maybe a chaffed indicator wire to socket earthing out. What happens when hazards are put on.
