  7. Jake with your arms stretched out above your head its easy to set a sling and bina, then while your stropped in take some slack in the line and clip into the bina where you have put the sling, and so on, hope this is clearer

It's a great idea, and used in the rock climbing world all the time, except there go miles past one anchor, where as we would be setting slings every 3/4 ft till you reach your final TIP then once the whole system is over the final crotch you can then remove the assisted slings and binas and use them else where.

Cracking job James, I'm 31 in January when I was 22 I was full of beans and full of other stuff to! the older you get the wiser you become, learning to deal with tiredness and injury's is a never ending story in this game, we all know how hard it is on our body's, taking care of it is down to your own, dealing with these things now before they get worst will be far more beneficial for you in the future, find out what's wrong get it sorted then find out what's causing it and change what ever it is that's caused it.
