  10. To be honest every one is different but I would say near on minimum wage for a beginner £6 £7 ish at a guess mate:001_smile:
  11. Sure he can climb but has he had any hands on experience with arb work? Take downs, reductions that kind of thing? It's ok him going out and getting his tickets but from an employers point of view he would only get bare minimum due to his experience level, which can take years

  14. To be honest mate you are best of getting used to a hitch like the zigzag setup, try out a Knut and pulley or vt and pulley then you will get the feel of how the zigzag will work for you
