  2. bloody hell hope everyone was ok Tom! here's a pic of the one my pal had(has? was for sale) (130 is a standard wheelbase from factory now, they used to be stretched 110 chassis by special vehicles but not for some years now, special vehicles will build you one up to around 150" if you so wished)
  3. not made any myself but my favourite jerky seasoning/marinade has to be teriyaki

I must admit I've tested a few twice due to slipping in wet boggy conditions, once when dealing with a windblown tree and someone pulled the rug out from under me so to speak and one pair I just snagged when I was working in thick brambles and they caught the saw when I pulled it out the back of a tree and flicked it into the leg (worst heaviest most uncomfortable trousers I ever had to! first week, pity that )

  10. where was the sawdust? in the lining? never seen that before did have a brand new pair that the lining bunched up and was cutting into my toes within first week

  12. aye flat tops the way to go, handy if there's a power outage my granddad used to do toast on the top of the stove never did get his secret any time I've tried just ended up with bits of burnt bread stuck to the top!

  14. that's the best explanation I've had so far billy if I am not driving every day do I need to manually fill a chart for the days not driving showing other work? as I gather it all counts toward your week?
  15. nobody seems to explain it clearly enough to me, almost like i'm supposed to know it already, well i don't, in fact it makes my head hurt trying to understand real basic use never mind getting into the regs etc and that's just a paper disc job if faced with a digital tacho all i could do is put my card in it and swear at it previously i was subject to domestic so i didn't need to bother but now i do, i asked on day one how does this work? shown how to fill in the details and then told ' just select eh aye that'll do as long as it records something' WTF!? then they walked off! REAL HELPFULL! anyone got a complete idiots guide? i mean real basic, i have trouble understanding things sometimes especially with numbers
