  10. Filtration, proper Ph will be critical for any raising of fish especially Koi. Just curious how these fish will survive colder weather/ snow and ice in particular?. I have read that the temp. For raising Koi is between 15-25C. easy-lift guy

  12. Good idea. Any introduction of either concrete or cement will alter the ph of the soil. The root system may in time find its way into the anchoring material, however should avoid it since I suspect it will not like the taste:sneaky2:. easy-lift guy

  18. When I receive calls like this I add them to my blocked call list and update it on my land line about every Two weeks. This helps a lot and the calls hardly come in at all any more. I also do the same with my junk email filter and key words. When certain key words are entered in the subject matter right in the trash!, I have other plans for the authors in time!. easy-lift guy

  20. Hi egg. Over here I would be shopping for a financial advisor. A fuduciary would be the title, meaning someone that only represents your interest and not the firms. Many to choose from I am sure. What is your risk tolerance?, make sure that any and all fees are as low as possible. After all it's your £££££ and you just want a better return than 1.5% I have read so far. Take care. Ted

  23. Kinda of like lowering yourself to their level but not exactly . Seems folks are so bored with not having anything left to do with their lives. Here stateside there called sidewalk superintendents and busy buddies. Some Supers are actually not bad, I have had some interesting conversations over the years. I do like the reversal of roles when the contractor starts taking pictures. easy-lift guy
