  2. On the other side of the pond we have 13 different species of bat. Mainly found roosting under low bridges, and in attics of homes and the like. I have had 4 encounters in 20 years and all have been in palm Trees between the Palm from and the trunk, I don't count the Thousands out side eating all of the swine Mosquito's and the enjoying my citrus fruit as much as I do!. Small price to pay since Man made efforts to control insect populations are not enough most of the time. easy-lift guy
  3. I receive at least One a month. Some are more creative than others but all get the Cyber Men treatment in the end! easy-lift guy
  4. Good point, Steve. I believe it depends on how one has been brought up and how one defines right from wrong. I personally would have come to the aid of someone in distress and have, but than again I am the local President of the "big guy" club here in Florida:thumbup1:. Just doing my part to help deal with so many "victims" on this side of the pond. easy-lift guy
  5. Was the kid who was ready willing and more than able to give the ticket conductor a VICTIM!, Are you kidding me?. would it had been better if the " big guy" was the conductor and removed the kid with the help of the older gent helping him do his job?. The "big guy" IMHO was lending a hand and solving a problem that was not going to be resolved on it's own. I for one am over the Victim Mentality that has acted a a Pox upon society for far to long! easy-lift guy

  13. I am sure there jobs involve sponsorship from companies they rep products for. Nothing more. I suspect they train anywhere from 4 to 5 hours a day everyday. That is the reason they are in the shape they are in. When I ran competitively for myself and my sponsors I barely had time for a part time job. My training schedule saw to that. easy-lift guy
  14. Theft of stolen property, IE. Catalytic Converters, cables, etc. has been on the general increase for the last 10 years that I know of here in the states. In many cases the thieves will not even bother taking material to local scrap yards any more. Typically said thieves will sell to someone posing as a buyer of scrap metal this person will pay very high prices for said material and always in cash, no questions asked. This is the start of the "Money laundering" process. Cash is usually very hard to dispose of so Organized crime will buy commodities to turn around at a later date usually with a buyer overseas and since most larger transactions are by wire transfer to where ever the "wash cycle" is complete. A really big problem here in the states and very hard to catch and harder to prosecute. IMO I believe this to a smaller extent is where most if not all stolen Kit reported on this site ends up as well. Stay sharp and always be aware of your surroundings. Never leave any thing for the watchers to see and report for a future theft! easy-lift guy

  20. Other than the one handed 660 Mistake, I believe your video was spot on. Your step by step instruction was well documented and the job was done according to spec. and the customer was happy at the end. Mission accomplished. easy-lift guy
  21. Thanks Mick, I believe you are correct. I can still remember my Father, Uncles telling me about how ferocious the Polish pilots were during this pivotal time. They had lost so much and suffered a great deal at the hands of Two invading countries only to remain occupied for another 52 years after WW II. Glad I was there to witness the rebirth of my homeland in 1991. easy-lift guy
  22. Might I suggest the US Army Drill Team, 3rd Infantry. Just took a look at the Queens Color Squadron, very impressive:thumbup1: IMO I would rate both equal, thank you for your service Mick. easy-lift guy
  23. My father was Stationed State side USAAC Ft. Mead, Maryland. He use to fly up and down the coast in a Piper cub looking for German Subs. Two other Uncles were in the Army, briefly stationed along with a few other Americans for D-Day, My Uncle Leo even brought home a bride from the South of London, "she is still alive and speaks American with a British accent". Another uncle was a medic who served with the US forces in Europe, and my last Uncle served with the US Coast guard. Some stories they told when asked, others they kept to them self's. easy-lift guy
  24. Is there a cut off date for the sale of the tickets?. easy-lift guy
