  1. Good man! 👍😄 Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  2. Thanks for replying. It made perfect sense to me, I was just curious about risk. Obviously a great system. Looks like you guys use cranes a fair bit there because I saw a photo once of Nik removing some Leylandii next to the road, with a crane. If you see him, tell him to be better at being in touch.
  3. No. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  4. Where is the public safety factor? I see no shops. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  5. The CMI looks good but is a great big lump compared to a Pantin. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  6. Why was a guy riding the hook for each pick, or was it just the first pick? A man on the hook just increases the risk IMO. Do you know Nik Carre by any chance? Nik and I worked together in Barbados many years ago.
  7. What is this saw like Ian? Has it had much use by you? I'm considering a change.
  8. Depends which of the above you believe. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  9. I'd do the cab in silver. It wouldn't look at all like an army it council truck. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  10. A Pantin is possibly the best thing I ever bought (apart from expensive Rum & Vodka) and can be used with any climbing system. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  11. And there is the perfect solution. DAMN IT!!! 😂😂😂 Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  12. Curse you Blaisey for bringing this thread back up again! I'd have to sell both feet to afford one though. Hold on, if I had a Boxer, I wouldn't need to walk............. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  13. He's so disorganised he couldn't run a bath! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!

  15. Do you climb with both ends of the rope? If so, that's the reason. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  16. So so true! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  17. ...... she was sweating like a whore in confession! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  18. ...... yep, he was sweating like a Catholic Priest in a school play ground! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  19. If it's a desert island there would be no commercialism so no need for a saw. All I'd need is a bottomless bottle of Rum and a desert island dolly! 👍😂 Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  20. I'm sure it's not recommended but I just wanted to see what was underneath. I assume it's a safety reason Yve? To be honest, the attachment slots are so small I'm sure they wouldn't add much to the ventilation.
  21. Why is the BigShot causing damage? Surely it's got something to do with positioning in the pouch.
  22. I don't do it all because I can't stand the amount of bounce in the system and having to to make the TIP a bit lower can be annoying. Of course, there are exceptions when I would use it for safety reasons.
  23. You can open it up to get another wrap on the spool but generally there is some hanging out so that the lanyard is still 15ft. I don't know why the plugged hole is there. I have my line out through it although you need to expand the hole to reduce friction as the rope goes in and out. Works perfectly. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  24. I like the second system Adam. The most important detail about any base anchored system, whether it's fixed or adjustable, it must survive the flop test.
