Yup my guess would be that the unloader valve is either stuck open or wound right open there should be a plastic handle that you screw in for higher pressure and out for less

I used to own an 8016 of 1999 vintage good little digger spares easily avaliable and did what it said on tin

You may find it will self bleed don't clamp it off if it's plastic as it will crack only if rubber type

Wasn't thinking about overspeeding the disc but thinking more about torque and keeping the speed up in the cut as in some cuts the saws can run out of go that's all I was thinking

Contravention of parking regulations will if unlucky get you a ticket and I have had a couple paid up and got on with life it happens if you park dubiously expect the ticket simples !!!
