  1. To convert its springs and helper springs and maybe shocks too ! £400 sounds steep or was that all in fitted too ! ?

  5. do you have a LAndrover then if so ill find the link/s to the on board air threads that are of use ! Yes standard LR aircon pump 200 or 300 tdi disco usually depends on the belt you need V or polly V serpentine
  6. yes you can but for me on the landrover i can fit the air con pump with the brackets and pipe it up with switch and tank from matt savage or a lorry breakers and they put out enough air to run impact guns and blow tyres up fast etc !
  7. no the tmax are stand alone you could use a small lorry air tank nylon pipe and push fits and plumb it up as a fixed install lots of guys do this i even know the method of using an old aircon pump for a compressor to !

  9. if your storing smaller machines etc consider sliding a 20foot container inside it we have two at work for the saws and small kit !
  10. micros are in demand ! and you can be a little more positonable than the skid steer on sloping ground both are good indifferent ways ! if you need to lift shift and move things aswell the skid steer may be the answer the digger is equally usefull in ways you will know !

  12. Thatsa had the ecu tweeked then as there factory limited to 88 mph iirc
  13. ill get some of ours at work we built a frame for it usefull can forklift it and use 3pt link too
  14. at one time the only muds for disco 3 fittment were made by goodyear ! not sure if anyone else does yet good year supplied them for the G4 ones !

  17. not on weights and vehicle trailer combinations it isnt ! yes there are movement licenses and competence of livestock transport certificates required too oh and different rules depending on length of jounry time etc
  18. there is alot of people out there using nad towing trailers illegaly it just doesent seam that the police or vosa are interested or want to know ! afia there are no pickups in this country rated to tow 3.5 tonnes ?? pease inform me if there are last time i looked the Navara and Rodeo were 3.3 Tonnes the only 4x4s that can tow 3.5 tonnes are the Big Landcruisers and the defenders discoverys and range rovers ! again any others it would be good to know !

Best mate and his father run a soil sterilising firm travel between suffolk and anywhere there needed using toyota Landcrusier VX's and a 130 and ifor trailers ! he got pulled by VOSA and result is three £800 tachos and a prohibitoin notice untill they were fitted he had 2 hour chat with Vosa man and old bill bloke ! usefull there fore this is what information i use as wellas working closly with trainers who train trailer use etc !
