  3. I'm a self employed 1 man band doing tree work, fencing and other contracting. I've been asked to do some fencing for our local school and they need me DBS/CRB checked (possible future work as well). How do I go about getting CRB/DBS checked. How long does it take and how much. Thanks in advance. Marc

  10. Would a tw125 axle fit an old 1999 ch18 entec. If so where could I get 1 and how much. I have tried the local trailer spares but it means cutting one up. Thanks in advance. Marc
  11. Try fuelwood or any firm that supplies filters. You just need the numbers off it
  12. Check for crap build up(sawdust buildup and bits of wood) worn parts and wood under the splitter ram casing. Oil filter needs changing. Oil running low.

  14. Bought one a while ago. It sounds the same as mine but all bits fitted. Haven't they changed the lunch pins for r pin type things
  15. He's asking 6 no vat. Its had a new fly wheel and bearings
  16. The lower feed roller has moved to the side wearing into the side but only a small amount. Is this a major problem to sort. Also the spout has been welded at the bottom quite well and a new axle. It looks used but not rusty (could do with a paint job) and chips well. Its a 2006 with 2500 ish hours on. Checking history on Monday. What sort of price would I be looking at.
  17. I'm having a look at a 2006 tw 190dh tomorrow. Is there anything is should be looking for as regards weak points . Any help/advice greatly appreciated
  18. Get it data tagged should make it cheaper on the insurance and harder to nick as it will have a hidden micro chip installed on it

    Nothing wrong with it when dry. Mix it in with some hardwood burns well
  20. It was a landscaping/fencing job. I will be informing the grab wagon driver to return what's there's on Monday. About 60 tonne and as they haven't paid to remove it it's not classed as fly tipping. Should be fun
  21. Not stressed just pissed off. Need to get myself covered in sawdust before I get there so I can clean myself off in there office. Should make them pay up quick because I ain't leaving till they do
  22. You lucky. I've got 4 grand owing me (I'm only a 1 man band with occasional help). Same excuses. Promised to be paid yesterday, and today (1 month overdue). If I ain't paid tomorrow looks like a trip to Liverpool. I love direct action
