    ArbDogs? Pics!

few my brood, just like there owner they dont mess about my lil fawn bitch has taken few good sized deer down up our land alone.Great temperament with humans they know but trained and bred to protect me my land and my family. Saved me from bad stove in from few nasty burglars i had enter my property last year without them id have died.
  3. Us really tall guys have a serious hard time packing on the mass I agree there J.Ken is doing exceptionally well truly born to do this sport and great things are defo in that lads future, seen him at few comps but never had time to talk or exchange any tales of lifting sadly altho at least now I can mentin I know you on here and I have a convo breaker haha. Ain't nothing wrong with being a magnus fan boy the guys a god.Best wayto tell if there on somthing is overall size and thickness of trapezius muscles,as they have best receptors to growth or somthing. And every natural lifter I've seen has had poor traps In relation to rest Of body when stood relaxed just like magnus.Compare svends build to magnus and it becomes apparent the difference in muscle volume.
  4. Haha that's cracking.I'm a triangle man myself although my aim with the axe I'm happy whatever shape they come out
  5. There was one year when magnus looked possibly on juice but to be fair I would more than likely belive his statement he is clean,I am pretty much a double for him but an inch shorter. I have alot of folk say I'm taking steroids I have 21inch arms a 60 inch chest and 31 inch thighs at 9 percent fat at 22 stone and 6ft5 at 24 years old.I have never touched the stuff and never will and most likely if my strength continues I'd say I'd have a blinkg good shot at the britains in next year or so.162kg overhead press for 2 reps.and can deadlift 300kg all day everyda and with doing MMA my cardio for my size is untouchable. Some Of us were just born with Viking power haha.My joints will hate me at 40tho I have been after that website for a while since last mentioned it J cheers dude I need new belt and knee wraps
  6. Great post Stephen.nowt better than grafting in woods and having a good time doing it.If we make a bit of money from it then all the better.I've always prefered the log end of the business. Funny how excited some of the customers get regarding an order of logs,I've had few who've said the same thing, get excited all day waiting for the logs.
  7. can you ship log to cumbria bud? im on amateur scene myself.nursing some shizz injurues but back on it again soon
  8. Looking for any ground based/forest work around south lakes and Cumbria any days/hours considered. Hard working and work hardened and not shy of hard graft.Got CS 30 AND 31 own saws and PPE and own chip site if needs be.Would consider firewood processing work also. contact Ben on 07927908475 or 01229 823759 or email [email protected]
  9. Our mates got one with cherry picker on,parts are ridiculous to get hold of as are the correct tire size, they are a dodge just different badge.funny skyhuck i was speaking to a lad who works for the chap up by you who got busted regarding those RB's that he runs not to long back

    stihl 08

been offered one in tidy running order for £70 would it be worth purchasing? they sure look a big cumbersome lump haha
  11. quite curious how well a lump of dried crud burns lol morbid curiosity with it,got two horses on my land at moment, may take hit for the team and trial run couple bricks for yawl haha
  12. your full time income is dictated by cord prices,if the market price goes higher on cord will people pay the extra on the logs? if you can get decent price cord then your okey. if one day cord becomes scarce then how long term will the full time job in logs be? wasn't any disrespect meant,i was aiming more down the line of folk with there own woodland tend to make more back from it and we aint controlled by the ever increasing cord price war.
  13. for those of us who can fell extract and produce our own timber cord then yeah its easily a full time business, for those builders landscapers and other assorted folk who buy in cord then all it is is a sideline.
  14. I use it for kindling takes no time to split by hand.
  15. Relentless is hit or miss for me sometimes get a kick and other times I don't.Rockstar can be but strong on flavour,But there only energy drink company to sponsor powerlifters lol so don't mind supporting them monster green hits spot every time tho colder the better. My teeth ache from the stuff haha.
  16. i am a massive coffee addict lol.pint pot all the way go hard or go home haha
  17. can of monster or rock star, ive been trying to get rockstar to sponsor me for ages. they aint good for you but hot damn a cold can monster after hard slog yum! haha i don't drink so they are my only vice.If needs be try going to local gym and asking for ephedrine that will kick start your heart and everythign else
  18. I maybe max once a month on the three big compound lifts.Keeps joints healthier and pain free and my CNS happy. Can't beat functional strength. It's why the kettlebells are great. There ballistic and force your stabilising muscles to work.I do bench press with kettlebells using a bamboo Olympic bar,the weights bounce around and fight you fantastic movement for entire upper body strength.Back, delts, triceps, serratus, pecs, grip all get great workout from it.
  19. Cheers jon bud, amazing the finish you can get with tin old gloss and a oller and brush lol
  20. side shot, last one for now
  21. still got rear tub roof to rub down prime and paint yet and wheels may go black i think. Not bad considering she been stood uncovered for 8 year not moving or running
  22. bit hand painting, its budget rebuild as she is going to be workhorse, may sparkle her up next year.
  23. hi steve DE is dynamic effort,ME is max effort,DE works on speed involves alot of band training and chains ME works on my one rep max strength.CAN have all power you want but without speed its nothing. Ive been doing alot of rehab work with the kettlebells lately, ive stressed my right rotator cuff lifting telegraph poles into place for a barn, the kettlebells seem to keep my mobbility up in my shoulders,as does swinging the axe aswell
  24. I havnt notice much shift in cord price for softwood.Hardwood on other hands getting silly.I belive hardwood should be kept for making somthing nice out of not wasted and burnt. Everyones got far too fixated on hardwood.I can't see the sense in it from a sustainability standpoint.
  25. times are hard across the country and work is slow it would seem in all trades.Don't give up gravitywins dude persistance will pay off. Wish this country would do more to help rural economy.
