  1. 2x15kg and 15x25kg plates equals 405kg so about 970pound I did this after 12 sets of 2 squats on a six inch box working up to 390kg.then just repped the 405kg on leg press till couldn't move all in all with rest pause did around 112reps with that on leg press. On good day if just leg pressing without squats I can fill it full with 25kg plates just shy 2,000 pound.I don't leg press anymore as ran out of space to put plates and people on top of lol
  2. There is a local kindling person? Nobody in Cumbria buys kindling lol or so it seems.
  3. i split an awful lot by hand as im faster and the rubber didnt slide to well so may caused alot of undue pulling on joint, however it was mainly in woods when handling cord lengths on my own ,the rubber on palm helped my grip when was struggling so sort of gave me fake confidence when lifting instead of it just slipping out my hand and my grip failing itd grip the log and i could struggle on using the friction of the gloves to help me hold the wood longer overstressing my gripping muscles in forearm.I am no physio expert but thats my taking on it anyhow lol.
  4. weld the diff up or make it permo rear drive by doin away with front shaft without actually changing drive train and it will go bang quicker than soft mick. always had issues with scoobs flat four head gaskets, played with ones in imprezas from the very twee little 2.0 sport to a 500 bhp street machine and thats always been first thing to pop,so if ragging her put in uprated one pronto.
  5. ive been battling it for twelve months on and off,i found ditching the rubber palmed gloves when working has solved alot of it
  6. makin new sides for our trailer
  7. few random shots from past months, one of my land that needed topping big time, some random plant trough shots decided to whip out for home, and one of me loading up the leg press for leg workout lol
  8. hi J yeah its lovely up here sadly nobody apart from one is willing to offer a slice of the work pie,the one chap who offered any work knows who he is and i am very grateful for the offer .Seems very closed shop up here at moment.
  9. from my understanding public liability is a must in case you reverse over a person or a wall or hit a gate or parked car or when tipping you damage driveway etc.
  10. quoted for truth amigo !. The market is becoming flooded with small grates i have three pubs on my books which all have changed there open fireplaces to smaller more efficient stoves.I haven't done above ten inch logs for over 2 years, alot of my customers re split my stuff down to stuff double the size of kindling and find that's the best way to bun the wood in there eyes so everything is six inch or 7 at a push, and it dries out el rapido when smaller
  11. Still looking for work in northwest area,if days are enough I would happily travel further and stay in digs. All firewood processing and bagging work considered even if by axe I can still fill 8 cube a day by hand working solo. All manner of fencing and landscaping labouring also considered. Reliable with experience and trustworthy and will slog my guts out all day everyday. Refernces are available on request if needs be.
  12. Cheap prices them brian I sense you will be busy.is wood kiln dried as 15percents very dry for air seasoned stuff.
  13. Funnily kendal has always been nicer place weather wise than barrow.Problem probably is my sweaty body haha. Starts with a little Zappy feeling in ear when on phone then signal goes bad and eventually 3g is lost totally.I only found out when I accidently squashed one with my g't ass and sent it back for insurance claim, they totally ignored the screen and told me the water indicators inside had shown water damage,I knew fine well it had never been wet did quick google search and found the internal moisture faults. If kept away from torso and legs that usually helps was a yank I phone site that informed me,apparently alot of gym goers and hikers were finding there phones dying for no reason until someone cottoned on and opened them up and found his moisture indicator had been damaged, they then concluded it had to be condensation from hot active bodies .Just a fancy phone not built for what we do daily, however once had one hard to do without it.
  14. I dont thnk you have grasped what I said hodge or mark.no amount of waterproofing stops internal Condensation.Cold phone hot body moisture forms inside phone.Only heads up chaps.Same principle as when houses get damp thru condensation they may he waterproof but moisture vapour is still present. I have had the I phone from day dot and three seperate models with three sepetatr waterproof cases went the same way.Even if dosnt harm phone it does void your insurance for water damage.
  15. As a Long time I Phone user from first modl without 3g to current model my biggest tip is leave it in the truck. Outside moisture isn't the biggest problem but sweaty hot body and a cold phone is.They have moisture detection strips inside for insurance reasons.Overtime they gather moisture and condensation internally causing havoc with ariel. Also it turns these indicator strips pink or red thus rendering your insurance useless as it shows water damage evn if it hasn't been anywhere near a puddle. Keep it as far away from body as possible Ifyou have to have it on you at work especially legs and torso as when clambering around that's where your heat is. Many gym goers and active folk have had this issue including me many times due to internal condensation. No fancy case helps it either. So just heads up chaps as I have ruinedthree separate models this way.
  16. Have to retract my offer just won three large supply cnotracts so all mines spoke for sorry.Good luck findng some

  21. how many years you been sawing logs up for? after so many years of letting you get away with it there isn't a whole heap they can do.To be fair they would do well to go do something constructive with there time.this government makes hard enough for small rural enterprises to operate as it is.

Alot of turkey and chicken thighs with bones, beef heart and offal.Alot of raw eggs with shell (great for calcium. Blended mix of 5 pounds of fresh fruit and veg mix.Has to be blended for them to access the nutrients correctly.Typical day would be 6chicken or turkey thighs 3-4 raw eggs including shells 5pound blended fruit and veg. A whole pheasant or two gutted rabbits .4 tea spoons of EFA essential fatty acids and tablespoon olive oil.once a week will have a salmon fillet and fatty cut of beef like ribeye none my dogs have grains as dogs do not need nor do try process carbs very well.Things do change around alot and if cannot get rabbit then substitue with lamb. That's pretty much a diet for an extremly active dog tho and wouldn't recomend it for smaller breeds, however the nutritional basics apply plenty protein alot of good fats and high calcium with some blended fresh fruit or veg, although alot of owners don't bother with it and prefer to pop in a multi vit.

Cheers mark they are beauties and wouldn't ever go without another staffy in my life.Easy to train loyal and great with kids. The keener eyed staffy fans among you will noticed few defects In my black bitch.lop ear lnger legged and alot more athletic than short and stout. She's full bloodied Irish stafford.Amazingly strong she weight pulls and loves to work hard.Keep her in fantastic shape and good condition. She gets bodyfat tested regularly and eats raw diet high in protein and fresh flesh. At a lean 87lb she can pull a 1087 lb sled with no wheels. So quick and agile she's a machine lol only 3 and half now aswell.
  24. I really do like these do they do them in H.M.S astute size 13's? Haha The colour is pretty garish but I do like it don't know why but I do lol they have the one key feature missing from my haix and that's the vibram sole,I have few pairs of vibram soled hiking boots and try as I may this suckers just don't wear down.If the waterproofings good then even better as my haix also leak like a biatch and they suck and I have fallen Out with haix now they are making shoddy boots nowadays .haha. One complaint tho I wIsh they did a high top version as I do prefer my boots like my tyres BIG!
