  1. what they like reliability wise dean?
  2. Those wallensteins are tough units,i have a friend out in states who sells at least 20cord a week on a quiet spell! and he only uses his wee tow able wallenstein to split it all with.He said he wouldn't have another brand tough as old boots he reckons.
  3. Aye she is tax exempt.
  4. going wider will destroy AC joint over time, stick to a narrower grip and bring elbows in more. Also id consider strengthening your scapula and rotator cuff fella. Anything wide and with flared elbows is a pec tear or shoulder joint issue waiting to happen,i learnt the hard way
  5. darn tasty truck, our grandpops used to run few of these bad boys. One fine day when i ain't a pauper ill own one and terrorize the neighbours every morning haha
  6. Landy for the win. What else can top my field, run saw bench, haul my g't ass with relative decent leg room (older series vehicle without plastic dash),carry logs, tow well off road with stupid loads, cost diddly squat to fix, peanuts to insure, and zero road tax.And capably take me off road pretty much where ever i have put it,and the darn body dosnt rot? annnndd fit in really dinky spots even thru customers gateways into there front garden turn round and come out again.....yer not many vehicles right there huh?

  8. I'll be interested in whatever comes out Dave drop us a message when get prices and specs cheers also any softwood coming out anywhere soon? ben
  9. Usual cause of "claw finger" as I like to call it is overuse of gripping and squeezing muscles of the forearm.Simple exercise to rectify this is to wrap few elastic bands round fingertips and open the fingers up against them aim for15-20 reps each hand for two sets four times a week,if anyone suffers from tennis elbow this also can help aid recovery. Proper muscular balance and strength is integral to having a good pain free body whilst workig a physical labour job. Nearly every arb or forester wth a bad back has at some point damaged it by lifting somthing more than there body can currently handle at that given time strengthen the lower back and abs and hey presto no back issues, most elbow and wrist complaints stem from same thing too much gripping holding and chucking without having strong enough and balanced forearm musculature.
  10. Well spotted alternator conversion already in place no cruddy dynamo for his ole girl haha and I'll be running seperate aux battery for the four on roll cage more than likely.Only front ones are going to be wired on two way switch so can use with high beam or seperatly on there own. The roll cage spots will be working lights and for night time mud fun
  11. tell the fellah to stretch and buy some liquid glucosamine sulphate, also make sure takes in enough vit C its crucial to joint and ligament integrity.
  12. 200 seems quickest option to drop and go and i have tuned them to respectable power before a familiar engine,i just love the sound of the td5,there isn't anything i cant fix so its neither here nor there regards to working on anything with an engine lol.The vinyl wrap idea will look the mutt's dangly's haha.
  13. oh and the wheels are going to be re sprayed black before MOT also, should look bit tougher. Future plans full mossy oak vinyl wrap some portal axles and alot bigger rubber,td5 or tdi conversion cant decide which yet and bright orange company writing
  14. some newer model mirrors, home made bumperettes and few spots on.roll cage next another four spots and off for MOT
  15. I'm after a pair in size 13 or I was till I seen the price difference.£300! Takes the Mick how much extra boots are from a size 12-13.Was bad enough paid £200 for pair of haix that lasted less than six months before the soles detached. So are the tyrols worth that much cash? I'm open to other suggestions from other folks lol.

    Dips

terrible exercise, puts rotator and entire shoulder girdle in compromised position.done bolt upright there an okey tricep exercise but still hazardous to the shoulder.hit the inclinebench instead and use good form, too many dips and flat benches leads to overdeveloped lower pecs resulting in man tittay appearance. its all about the upper chest
  19. front end nearly finished off, garage is getting a squeeze
  20. i can get good prices on coopers
  21. Big Springs and Big tyres tis only way to roll lol
