That’s the thing, I can see the obvious benefits of shooting, (woodlands being kept on farms etc) but fox hunting doesn’t really seem to give a lot back apart from somewhere for farmers to get rid of their dead animals.

I was an ardent hunt sab in my youth, my views have mellowed somewhat with age, but I still don’t get the attraction!

It’s happened......I agree with a lot of what matelot is saying (about farming/farmers,the other stuff not so much!). Custodians of the countryside? Half the farms ive worked on/been on are an environmental disaster zone.

It was half way to 2/3 down first page for ‘tree surgeon Taunton’, did fluctuate, sometimes bit higher/lower but was never at the top. (Talking about old site.)

I respect the result of the referendum, but the campaign was full of vitriolic propaganda on both sides, a lot of which was utter bollox, just wish the full picture had been slightly more transparent.......

Yes, but we have repeat elections every 4/5 years that give us the chance to change things we don’t like or think will give us a better option, is it really that different to have another vote 3/4 years after the first to give people the option to change?

Tbh I can’t see the problem with having another one, Imo it would be a different result, personally I’m a remainer, but probably half the people I know who voted leave would vote remain if they had another go, not being a bleeding heart liberal [emoji300]️ just saying what I’ve heard from a very diverse group of people,
