  2. Sorry i can't say any more, firstly, if i told you i'd have to....you know the rest and secondly i'm hoping to go down to Somerset before long to share a few ciders with jon.
  3. The thing is your not to far from the answer.
  4. I think you'll find jon as got more than one string on his bow.
  5. :lol:Andy, it seems i need to get up earlier in the morning:lol:
  6. Slowmarket is'nt the posh end of the county.....It's the only part of Suffolk that the dogs walk around in two's:001_tt2:
  7. Have you told the missus your sex life is better:biggrin:
  8. Theres a ban in this part of Suffolk:thumbdown:
  9. I wonder if it's the petrol companies or the government that as put this ban the can rule in place?
  10. I haven't got the room in my yard at the moment for any more cord. I've passed on your details to Clive, he said he would give you a call.
  11. Fom what i was reading earlier this as been the law (evicting people from council houses) for the last ten years, mainly to do with drug dealing and anti social behaviour. But very few people have ever been evicted under this law!!!!!
  12. Is that a petrol engine or are you running it of a tractor?
  13. Looking at where the stop tap is and finding where the supply goes in to the house will not help you as the supply may not be direct (as the crow flies), the supply may go under the property or may go around, as for the sewer (it's a drain by the way) a cat and genny won't pick this up either as most drains are vitreous clay, concrete or pitch fibre. You need something to pick up the flow of water, either divineing rods or radiodetection gear.
  14. Looks like you might be on arbtalk all day, i asked the other half to fill up a couple of cans at the BP in the next village on the way back from the shop, the girl behind the counter (who the other half knows) turned off the pump when she saw the cans, email from head office no cans to be filled and we live in rural Suffolk!!!!!!!!
  15. Kubota b8200, great little tractor, i sold mine a few week ago to get something bigger. Wish i'd never let it go.
  16. What size ram (tonage) and what size engine (hp) is on your log splitter?
  17. Thats why i said put the welding rods in a piece of hosepipe has not to be touching the actuall rods. Works every time.
  18. Water diviners, you can use a couple of welding rods bent in "L" shapes, ideally putting the small part of the "L" in to a small length of hosepipe in each hand and hold them out in front of you as you walk over the water pipe the welding rods will cross one another, used to use this method when working for the local water company, works well. my other half says its based on magnetism, of the water as it runs, you have to have a flow, (turn your mains tap on a bit) however small, and the rods have to be magnetic like iron,
  19. A fella i know as about 100 tonne of chestnut for sale Suffolk/Essex boarder , it will be roadside by the end of the month, he wants £38 per tonne roadside, if anyone is intrested drop me a message.
  20. Are you asking for advice or answering your own question:confused1:
