What you say is correct about utillities companies providing plans of their assets the problem is they don't have plans of private supplys, ie after the water meter/stop tap is private (owned by the property) so your water company won't have any idea of were the supply goes from the meter/stop tap to the property, the same with drains they will have plans of the public sewer but no plans for private drains which the home owner is responsibe, upto and including the connection on to the public sewer (even if the public sewer is in the middle of the road), although domestic drains are about to become the responsibility of your local water company. -
I'm just testing the water at the moment, i "MAY" be able to get hold of kiln dried kindling to sell wholesale, the nets are approx 4kg, they would be priced at £1.60 per net on orders of 100 nets or more, colleceted. I'm waiting for the samples to arrive. there are up to 10,000 nets available. Your thoughts please.

Fom what i was reading earlier this as been the law (evicting people from council houses) for the last ten years, mainly to do with drug dealing and anti social behaviour. But very few people have ever been evicted under this law!!!!!
