    I always carry one of thoses little quickstraps in my pocket and bury my arm in the hedge until i find a nice sturdy peice of timber to put it round and then round the ladder ( takes seconds to do ) and it doesn`t wobble or move at all

    Are there any local allotments near you as all the growers that have plots cry out for chip round here, also try other farms as they use it for cattle bedding under the straw

    I have had calls from same company, last time they rang me end of last year I took the whistle off the back of my harness and gave it a good hard blow right next to the phone and funny enough they hung up

    I use a rock climbing chalk bag with the lining ripped out and cable tied to the back of my harness to put lanyard in and it does the job for me

    How come you shoot them so early when they are all carrying ? We dont start shooting them till second week in may . Isn`t the traditional date to start `12th may` ?

    If that doesn't work you might need to take the clutch/sprocket off and there's a worm screw which pumps oil out and that could be blocked or even broken

    Usually long nose pliers or a piece of wire with the end bent will be enough to pull pipe out of tank

    I have l200 56 reg with at'2s and it reads 26mpg and towing 19 mpg, mate has 08 navara with road tyres and that does 25mpg but if he tows it goes down to about 17

    Hahahaha no seriously I never dropped it out of tree, I had only used it a few times. They did mention about possibly being pressed too tightly when built, I'll find out more when I go pick it up and let you know exactly what they found. Thanks again for your advice you really sound like you know your saw inside and out ! Unlike me

    sshhhhhh mate i was hoping no one would find out Thanks for all the replys and still a bit annoyed /confused about it all but spoke to them today and they said they now know it hasn`t had neat fuel in it and it has been repaired. will find out more when i pick it up but on the phone i was informed its been fitted with new crank,piston and bore all fine. possibility it was factory error either by dry fitted crank or pressed/put together badly as some people have said in some of the posts. Just glad its ok and will be getting it back as apart from that little hiccup i think its a fantastic saw. Thanks again for all your replys:thumbup:
