  6. wait for a show save up as much as you can plus its good as you get to try whatever you like in the flesh rather than looking online and hoping when it turns up you like it I was to eager to buy mine I tried as many different harnness as possible but wish I went to a show to buy krabs etc.

  10. Yes abserloutley but why spend a 100 pound on a cheap useless old climbing kit and risk your life and then a month down the line relise your mistake and buy another thus wasting 100 pound. I couldnt afford mine even a whole monthly wage wouldnt cover the cost of my kit so I saved and spread it over 2 months I would advicse this if monney is tight.

  12. Not this your entitled to your opinion but I would advise to the orginal poster to buy new stuff like Targettrees said. You dont what has been done to it save upu get yourself some nice kit thath will last.

  15. anyone go to the heavy horse trust show in eridge? Boss is a big fan and has got a heavy horse to. we have also done a couple of charity days there clearing the woodland ride widening etc very friendly place.

  17. Since having such a cold winter I cannot work with out gloves its just like Ive turned into a wee girl over the winter. weather or not itll help you with your problem I dont no but it maybe a try:confused1:

I heard a story a few months back that down in cormwall (I think) landowners who realy wanted land for house but couldnt becuse trees had TPO etc so they got someone in and paid apparantley handsome monney for someone to ringbark the tree then they can get permission to take it down.   20. One thing I seriously think needs addressing in my rise up the arb ladder is my tree id and my fungi id. Ive got a collins book of british trees I know the real basics of trees . How do I remeber all of them is there a teqnique that Im missing or shall I just read through until it sticks, how did you guys get remebering or is it just experience? Also fungi ID I know vertually none but something I want to know some basics of whats the best book for that and the same question how to learn and remeber. Hope its not such a stupid question but I just see at as such a daunting thing to learn.
